About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our team at Rogers Sports & Media. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to life through motion graphics, visual effects, and animation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including broadcast, digital, and commercial productions.
  • Collaborate with our sales team and clients to create engaging and effective visual content.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and animations that meet the highest standards of creativity and technical excellence.
  • Work closely with our art director and other designers to ensure a unified and cohesive visual brand across all our media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously develop your skills and expertise to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Experience with animation and editing software, such as Cinema 4D and Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
