About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Rogers Sports & Media. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to life through motion graphics, visual effects, and animation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute compelling motion graphics and visual effects for various sports properties, including the NBA, NHL, and MLB.
  • Collaborate with our sales team and clients to create engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and execute designs from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results that meet our brand standards.
  • Work closely with our art director and other designers to ensure consistency and cohesion across all our brand offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously developing your skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports media industry.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D design development is an asset.
