We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team at DRIVEX GROUP LTD. This is a full-time position with a permanent work term and a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support services to employees, including employee assistance and counselling.
  • Collect and screen applicants for various positions within the company.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
Work Environment

This role requires 35 hours of work per week. The preferred language of work is English.
