Registered Nurse Job Description

At RT Medical, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and support. This role is ideal for a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients.

This position involves providing high-quality care to individuals in their homes, clinics, or other settings. As a Registered Nurse with RT Medical, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide wound care, IV medications, and other clinical services as required
  • Travel to patients' homes and other settings to deliver care
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Delegate tasks as required within your scope of practice

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Experience in wound care, IV medications, and other clinical areas an asset
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector check
  • Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner
