Job Summary

RT Medical is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties
  • Provide respite care to clients and their families
  • Remind clients to take their medication
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
Requirements
  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized program
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Updated immunization records and a clear criminal background check
