As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to achieve our mission, and fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:- Lead with alignment to our Mission Statement and Core Values, motivating the Branch Team to achieve DIR's success metrics in financial returns, Safety, Customer Satisfaction & other Key Markers.
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales, operations, project management, dispatch, maintenance, and facilities excellence.
- Collaborate with other branches to execute work in the region and national footprint, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our company's goals.
- Leadership experience in developing a team and building a strong aligned culture of our Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Mechanical aptitude and a proven track record of success in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, or transportation execution.
- Financial skills in leading a team to build a successful business plan and achieve success metrics.
- Project Management experience in construction and/or industrial industries.
- Computer software and management reporting expertise in communicating metrics, processes, and enhancements.
