Job Summary:

We are offering a permanent full-time opportunity for a Home Support Assistant. This role involves providing personal care, light housekeeping, and assisting with daily activities for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with daily activities such as exercise, mobility, and transfers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., health sciences, social work).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in home support or personal care).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required).
