Job Title: Home Support Worker

MARILYN PASCUA is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive adequate nutrition
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in activities and conversation
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting
