Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting our clients' most advanced technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain our clients' Fortinet network products, including Fortigate, FortiAP's, and FortiSwitches.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network security issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' networks.
  • Develop and implement Cyber Security best practices and compliance for our SMB clients.
  • Provide internal training and knowledge sharing on Fortinet products and network security.
  • Manage and secure our clients' TCP/IP networks, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver complex cloud solutions and network security services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in network security and Fortinet products.
  • Practical experience with controls and risk management procedures.
  • Effective communication skills to communicate technical information to all levels of staff and clients.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, Cyber Security controls, and Servers.
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment is a huge asset.
  • 5+ years of L3 work experience with Fortinet Products.
  • Work experience with Microsoft Server 2016 and above.
  • Office 365 experience.
