About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at McIntyre Coatings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation of drywall in various settings, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Train and supervise a team of drywall installers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Prepare and review production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
