Job Title: Drywall Installation Supervisor

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of drywall installers and finishers
  • Ensure that all drywall installation work is completed to the highest standards
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that all team members are properly trained
  • Recruit and hire new team members as needed
  • Estimate costs and materials for drywall installation projects
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Steel-toed safety boots required
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work on site, with no option to work remotely. The work site environment will be outdoors, noisy, and may involve working at heights and in confined spaces.
