Job Title: Hotel Assistant Manager

Westport Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
  • Supervise and manage a team of hotel staff
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Establish and manage work schedules for hotel staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Client-focused and team-oriented
