Job Title: Hotel Assistant Manager

Westport Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and conflict resolution.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
