Astucemedia, a global leader in innovative creative and software solutions for real-time data visualization, is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned QA professional to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest quality in broadcast graphics. As a Data Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a critical role in contributing to the success of live broadcasts by delivering accurate and visually appealing graphics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all QA activities within cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and graphic operators.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for templates and scenes in broadcast graphics workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Agile teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes within sprints.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Conduct thorough testing of broadcast graphics systems, including Vizrt and Ross Expression.
- Verify the correctness and timeliness of data used in graphics.
- Test the entire graphics pipeline from external data sources through to templates and scenes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance across the entire workflow.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Work closely with designers to understand creative requirements and ensure they are met in the final output.
- Coordinate with graphic operators to ensure smooth operation during live broadcasts.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in broadcast graphics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Communicate test results and findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Extensive experience in QA within broadcast graphics workflows.
- Proficiency with Vizrt, Ross Expression, and other broadcast graphics systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor QA team members.
