    • Engage with stakeholders to drive best practice sharing and adoption.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with data governance policies.
  • Data Quality and Security Management:
    • Oversee data quality standards to maintain data accuracy.
    • Define quality standards to ensure data consistency.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to report data accuracy.
    • Build and deploy data quality management tools to monitor data quality.
  • Data Security, Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Oversee data security measures to protect data assets.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate data-related risks across business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expertise in data governance and analytics.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance and analytics.
  • SAFe Agile and Lean Six Sigma MBB certifications are preferred.
