At RESIDENTIAL INSULATION SPECIALISTS INC, we are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the energy efficiency and comfort of our clients' homes by installing and maintaining insulation materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
* Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
* Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
* Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
* Remove asbestos, ceramic fibres, lead and mould and urea-formaldehyde insulation materials from buildings
* Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

**Work Environment and Physical Demands:**

* Physically demanding
* Standing for extended periods
* Bending, crouching, kneeling

**Experience and Education:**

* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
