Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Transportation: Safely transport equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Logistics Support: Assist the sales department with equipment delivery as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pickup and deliveries, obtaining necessary signatures and receipts.
  • Time and Distance Tracking: Accurately account for all time and distance traveled in performing assigned duties.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain vehicles and related equipment in good condition, adhering to all maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Customer Support: Provide basic equipment operating procedures to customers as required, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to use our products.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Assist with maintenance of the facilities, including the tool room, wash bay, and grounds.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Load/unload merchandise and equipment, perform grounds maintenance, and assist with moving displays or equipment within the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. repeatedly, with regular physical activity required.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license, with a forklift license required.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with regular exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
