Job Title: General Supervisor

AR HOME RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to improve productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled construction professionals to support project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Work Environment:
