We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Western Community College. This role will provide administrative support to our staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and students
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff and students
    • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Working Conditions

  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
