We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Rewind. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our product team to define product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with our target buyer personas. You will also collaborate with our demand generation and content team to develop innovative programs that drive continued demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market intelligence and be the expert on our buyers, including their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning, messaging, and content.
  • Understand and document our buyer's journey and drive changes to our sales and marketing processes.
  • Develop marketing programs for our products, including key activities and budgets.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and report back to the business.
  • Plan and manage the launches of new products, features, and releases.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for our products externally.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up organization in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical background and understanding.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer-centric with experience speaking directly with customers.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
