We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Rewind. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our product team to define product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with our target buyer personas. You will also collaborate with our demand generation and content team to develop innovative programs that drive continued demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market intelligence and be the expert on our buyers, their needs, and their buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition and their positioning.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Develop marketing programs for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products, features, and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up organization in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical background and understanding, with a development degree or proven experience working with technical teams.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills in positioning, messaging, and narrative storytelling.
  • Customer-centric with experience speaking directly with customers.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
  • The ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple projects and priorities.
