About the Role

Brookfield Renewable is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Business Applications team as a Co-op Student - Application Support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in application support, working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for our business applications, responding to incidents, service requests, and problems via phone, email, or remote connection.
  • Follow documented procedures to resolve issues and record service calls using our incident management tool.
  • Ensure security and access control for business applications.
  • Manage queues and follow up on application registers and alerts.
  • Document and maintain support operation procedures.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program.
  • Completed first year university or college studies in Computer Science or Programming.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and time management skills.
  • Action-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

Note: This role requires on-site work for a minimum of 4 days per week to perform effectively.
