About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team in live events. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your project management expertise and be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Description
  • Project Planning and Scope Management: Develop clear project scope and client budget, create detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets based on project requirements.
  • Communication and Updates: Provide regular updates on project progress, changes, and milestones. Coordinate and lead internal and/or external project status meetings.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential challenges or changes to the project scope. Work collaboratively with clients to find solutions that align with their goals and expectations.
  • Vendor Management: Partner with the Buyer to set-up vendors based on client and company requirements. Facilitate vendor payment and document all vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work irregular hours as required by live event schedules.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • PMP certification not required but viewed as an asset.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in live events.
