Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality food and service are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Food and Beverage Production Schedules:

    Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet the demands of our kitchen and food service operations.

  • Supervise Food Preparation and Service:

    Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

  • Manage Inventory and Supplies:

    Requisition and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we always have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

  • Monitor Quality Control:

    Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.

  • Manage Team:

    Supervise and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.

  • Communicate with Customers:

    Respond to customer complaints and concerns, providing a high level of customer service at all times.

  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and customer feedback.
