About the Role- Provide leadership and oversight for real estate secured credit risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement credit policies, models, and processes that assess and mitigate risk.
- Contribute to defining the credit risk appetite for main product groups and facilitate reporting and analysis to ensure portfolio performance meets acceptable risk measures.
