Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our coffee shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate staff rotations, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in the face of customer complaints or concerns.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
