About the Role:

The Manager, Commercial Capabilities Delivery will play a key role in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Commercial Capabilities Program. This program aims to enhance the commercial capabilities of our team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Delivery and Oversight: Contribute to the growth and delivery of the commercial capabilities IQ program and roadmap, working closely with the capabilities team to ensure successful execution.
  • Centre of Excellence Governance: Develop and implement learning processes and standards across the commercial team, ensuring cohesive and organized plans are built and delivered across all areas.
  • Change Management: Understand strategy and identify necessary change programs to ensure successful delivery across field, regions, and corporate teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in strategy, planning, and/or execution, with a background in change management and learning an asset.
  • Experience managing a diverse profile of people and processes.
  • Post-secondary degree.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
