Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management: Build and nurture a strong team of managers and front-line employees, sourcing, selecting, and onboarding key talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive results through others, ensuring our commitment to Best in Class and excellence in all aspects of our operations.
  • Financial Competencies: Create and implement budgets, analyze data, and make informed decisions about managing within a budget.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong partnerships with external stakeholders and suppliers to advance our organizational priorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a relevant diploma/degree program in healthcare administration/long-term care or hospitality.
  • Experience in a retirement setting is preferred.
  • Completion of CPR and First Aid is an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers, residents, visitors, and operational partners.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multi-resident requests.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
