Senior Living Operations Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our performance optimization efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting and implementing site-level vision, mission, values, and organizational strategies. You'll also oversee budget creation and implementation, manage relationships with support services teams, and promote team building and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-level strategies to drive growth and successions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Manage relationships with support services teams, including dental care, extended health care, and life insurance
- Oversee budget creation and implementation, ensuring financial stability and growth
- Promote team building and engagement, recognizing health and safety hazards and reporting incidents
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a relevant diploma or degree program in healthcare administration/long-term care or hospitality
- Experience in a retirement setting is preferred
- Completion of CPR and First Aid is an asset
