ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Automation and Verification Engineer to join our team at LeddarTech. As a key member of our automation and test group, you will play a strategic role in developing and verifying innovative automotive perception algorithms and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Analyze system and software requirements to ensure seamless integration
  2. Design and develop comprehensive tests for the verification of innovative automotive systems
  3. Maintain and improve the automation frameworks and dashboards to optimize efficiency
  4. Collaborate closely with development and system engineers to drive innovation
  5. Develop and build setups, test environments, and emulators to support testing

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  2. 4+ years of experience in software development or testing of multi-disciplinary products
  3. Proficiency in Python programming language
  4. Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  5. Experience in writing test designs for complete coverage of requirements
  6. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins
  7. Understanding of software Verification & Validation or QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  8. Strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication
  9. Experience with PyTest framework - an advantage
  10. Experience in the automotive industry - an advantage
