Join Our Team as a Senior Automation and Verification Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation and Verification Engineer to join our team at LeddarTech. As a key member of our automation and test group, you will play a strategic role in developing and verifying innovative automotive perception algorithms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system and software requirements to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Design and develop software tools for the verification of innovative automotive algorithms, ensuring high-quality and efficient testing processes.
  • Maintain and improve the automation frameworks and dashboards to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with development and system engineers to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Develop and build setups, test environments, and emulators to support testing and validation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development or testing, with a focus on multi-disciplinary products.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Python programming language.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in writing test designs for complete coverage of requirements and understanding of CI/CD tools, preferably Jenkins.
  • Understanding of software Verification & Validation or QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Good organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with PyTest framework and the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Preferred, B.A. / B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
