At Preferred Accounting Services Inc., we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The Office Administrator will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
