Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our transportation team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Plan for Changes to Schedules and Policies: Anticipate and prepare for changes in transportation schedules and policies, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Prepare Reports for Senior Management: Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of our transportation department.
  • Recruit and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of transportation professionals to ensure that our operations are running smoothly.

  • Monitor Revenue and Performance: Monitor our revenue and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that our inventory is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, and to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, organized, team player, proactive, and punctual.
