Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our hygiene department, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services for patient care.

Your duties will include performing all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, serving as an oral health educator, and establishing and retaining patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on their expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Perform scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride treatments, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening procedures
  • Provide educational guidance on proper oral hygiene techniques and counseling
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in dental hygiene principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
