Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Broker Dealer Information Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on advisors and accounts within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain advisor information, including changes to contact details and account information.
  • Process bulk transfers of accounts from one dealer representative code to another.
  • Validate advisor information via the CSA website to ensure accuracy.
  • Reactivate, deactivate, or reassign contact pages as needed.
  • Add and modify dealer representative codes in AXIS and associate them with Salesforce.
  • Review processed work items for quality control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and taking personal accountability for creating a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of work experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a data coordination or support role.
  • CSC/IFIC licenses are considered an asset.
