We are seeking a skilled Financial Data Specialist to join our team at TL Debt Management and Financial Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong focus on financial recordkeeping and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
