- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other essential supplies.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Efficiency
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language
- English.
- Work Hours
- 30 to 44 hours per week.
