Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize our operations.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure we are meeting our high standards.
  • Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service professionals.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure we are getting the best value for our business.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in hospitality administration/management.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 30 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
