Job Title: Food Service Worker

We are seeking a Food Service Worker at Compass Group Canada to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Worker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
