We are seeking a seasoned Senior Supply Chain Implementation Consultant to lead the configuration process of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS 2018 application.

With excellent problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and deep knowledge of best practices for WMS solutions, you will help clients improve efficiencies and increase profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create functional requirements and use cases.
  • Coordinate requirement walk-throughs and signoffs.
  • Lead the configuration of SCALE based on detailed functional specification documents.
  • Conduct hands-on system configuration of SCALE (Windows), Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support.
  • Evaluate business processes and translate them into specific software requirements.
  • Serve as a domain expert and advocate for best implementation practices for clients.
  • Partner with clients to translate business specifications into test specifications and scripts.
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients to perform software testing and reporting on quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of Manhattan SCALE WMS (Windows) implementation experience or Customer Engagement experience working with WMS.
  • Able to hold yourself accountable for project completion in a timely manner.
  • Makes decisions considering multiple perspectives and engages stakeholders who can add value to the process.
  • Nimble approach prioritizing tasks that add value to the client.
  • Deep understanding of WMS principles and ability to provide expertise to project teams.
  • Experience developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the Manhattan SCALE WMS solution, testing execution, communicating results back to clients, managing and training personnel, and executing training.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
