About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, analyze, validate, and document business processes to translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Build relationships and engage with stakeholders to fully understand their needs and priorities.
  • Use advanced analysis and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose technology solutions.
  • Assist IT Project Managers in planning and executing improvement strategies.
  • Apply best practice change management skills to support departments through the implementation stages.

Requirements

  • A strong customer-service focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Success working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
  • Business process management certification, ITIL certification, or change management certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a large organization with diverse business areas.
  • Expertise in best practice process and technical requirements gathering and documentation, gap analysis, and methodology development.
  • Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
