Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Krave Supplements Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
