Job Summary

Valid is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead our engineering team as the functional engineering leader. This individual will oversee various engineering processes, timelines, and staff performance to ensure successful project completions. The successful candidate will promote professional development, engagement, and policy adherence among the team members. Experience with project management, knowledge of MRP systems, and familiarity with Canadian Electrical Code are essential requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, registration as a professional engineer, and 5+ years' experience in a related field. Solid knowledge of MRP systems, product flow, and scheduling systems is necessary. Experience dealing with third-party testing laboratories (CSA, UL, ETL, etc.) and Canadian Electrical Code is an asset.
