About the Role

Kuehne + Nagel AS is seeking a highly skilled National Process Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Black Belt team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain a comprehensive process mapping system, utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to address inefficiencies and enhance operational performance.
  • Project Management: Lead process improvement projects, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate implementation, and manage change.
  • Training and Development: Teach Yellow Belt and Green Belt Certification Course, deliver certification training sessions across business units, and assist in developing course content.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish strong partnerships with business units to foster successful continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Results-Oriented: Ensure that improvement efforts yield measurable benefits, whether in terms of cost savings or intangible gains such as time efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology.
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, insurance, or banking industry.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar project management certification is a plus.
