We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our IT team and shape the digital landscape of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the hotel's IT strategy to drive technological excellence.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring robust infrastructure management.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures to protect guest data and hotel assets.
  • Manage and inspire an IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and effective communication.
  • Provide tech support to guests, ensuring a seamless digital experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Successful track record of leading and motivating IT teams.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with tech vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets effectively.
