Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts for an iconic Canadian Brand and overseeing the successful execution of their marketing and advertising projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts for an iconic Canadian Brand, overseeing the successful execution of their marketing and advertising projects.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of brand marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity to effectively guide and execute advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including strategy, creative, design, copywriting, and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks, providing timely solutions to ensure project success.
  • Regularly communicate project status, progress, and key insights to clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively.
  • Conduct thorough post-project analysis, evaluate project performance, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and brand marketing strategies to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in account management or a similar role within advertising or marketing industries, preferably with integrated experience and production acumen.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of business brand marketing strategies and the ability to apply them creatively.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

Work Environment:

Primarily work in office – 3 days in, 2 days out.
