Job Title: Executive Auto Sales Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales performance
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
