We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to the current customer and sales process.
  • Work with competing demands and strict deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive performance within departments to establish benchmarks in customer service.
  • Support the training and onboarding of customer support team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle order management via phone and email.
  • Experience with SAP and AS400 and/or PowerBI.
  • Bilingualism (Spanish is an asset).
  • Experience working in packaging, consumer goods, or distribution is a strong asset.
What We Offer
  • Permanent role with full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm).
