About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join our Investment Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on investment consulting matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and support associates and analysts in the team to deliver high-quality advisory services to clients.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior colleagues and develop client relationships through effective value proposition and service delivery.
  • Identify and develop client account opportunities, expanding the scope of existing projects and relationships.
  • Mentor team members on specific client types or unique investment issues.
  • Lead ad hoc projects for the Canadian Investment Consulting senior management team and local executives.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of direct experience in a financial/investment consulting environment.
  • Ability to understand short-term/long-term client needs and identify business development opportunities.
  • Technical expertise and proven track record to remain current on investment industry trends and regulatory policies.
  • French/English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Commerce, or equivalent years of experience.
