We are seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to join our team As a key member of our educational programs, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing education programs, workshops, and training sessions that align with current healthcare practices and standards.

  • Design and deliver engaging educational content to nursing staff, students, and healthcare professionals using various teaching methods and technologies.
  • Evaluate the competencies and performance of nursing staff and students through assessments, feedback, and practical demonstrations.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for nurses, providing guidance on clinical practices, professional development, and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Promote evidence-based practices into educational programs, encouraging a culture of research and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master's degree in Nursing Education or a related field preferred.
  • An active nursing license in the relevant state or region.
  • Proven experience as a nurse educator or in a related educational role, with a strong understanding of nursing practices and education methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage educational programs and resources effectively.
